I have lost the bit of weight I wanted to and am more pleased with my body image.

I rarely felt motivated to exercise although I wanted to, I couldn’t get myself into a routine. I felt like I was getting unfit and wanted to get into shape. Leading a busy working life I was unsure if I would be able to keep up a routine.
Through Sandra ensuring I stuck to a time tabled plan, I was able to make staying fit part of my daily routines.  I now have more confidence in my own ability and how far I can push myself to reach my goals. I have lost the bit of weight I wanted to and am more pleased with my body image. Being on the program changed how I look at exercise. I no longer think of it as a daunting, time- consuming experience. I have worked out how to fit my fitness regime into my life and make it manageable. I enjoy going to the gym and definitely feel better for leading a healthier life style.
